I'm a Product & Interaction Designer with an MSc in Human-Computer Interaction, and my design approach mainly focuses on making complex interactions feel simple and blended. My work lives at the intersection of UX, physical interaction, and emerging technology from redesigning a student information system for the University of Salzburg, building award-winning wearable interfaces for runners.
The demo paper based on my master's thesis project, Into the Zone, won the Best Demo Award at SportsHCI 2025 (ACM, University of Twente) and was featured in Communications of the ACM (https://cacm.acm.org/news/performance-apps-look-to-put-more-fun-into-fitness/) recognizing it as one of the more interesting demos at the conference. It's the kind of project that captures what I love during the desing process the most: discovering a real frustration and solving it in a way that is well-blended.
I've worked across web, digital product design, 3D interior/ product visualization, and spatial UI; collaborating with teams at the University of Salzburg, Razer Inc., and ERSA Furniture and freelance customers such as Mut Food and Radio Orange Wien. I'm comfortable across the full design process, from early research and user testing through to polished, dev-ready handoffs.
Based in Vienna, currently open to new opportunities in Austria.

Experiences
UI/UX Designer (Working Student), PLUSTRACK — University of Salzburg, Austria Sep 2023 – Apr 2024
Led the UX redesign of StudentPlace, a student information system serving 8,000+ students at the University of Salzburg. Conducted card sorting workshops and user interviews to map pain points, then translated findings into wireframes, interactive Figma prototypes, and a reusable component library. Collaborated closely with senior researchers and developers through iterative design cycles. Also redesigned the PLUSTRACK and Social Psychology department websites, rebuilding key pages in WordPress/Elementor and aligning the visual system with university guidelines. Interface launched February 2026.
Tools: Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, SharePoint, WordPress, Elementor
Digital Product Designer, Razer Inc. + WYVRN — FH Salzburg Industry Project, Austria Sep 2023 – Feb 2024
Collaborated with Razer on the design of a spatial haptics tool for game developers — a 360-degree 3D interface for authoring haptic patterns in real time. Planned and conducted two rounds of user testing with game developers, iteratively refining spatial controls and reducing interaction errors. Defined keyframing logic for location, density, and impact radius, and maintained consistency with Razer's existing design language.
Tools: Figma, Blender, After Effects, Unity, Miro
3D Design & Presentation Specialist, ERSA Furniture, Istanbul, Turkey Nov 2021 – Sep 2022
Led end-to-end 3D design projects from concept development through production-ready models, photorealistic renderings, and client presentations. Collaborated with CMF and product teams on materials, finishes, and manufacturing constraints. Defined creative direction for marketing campaigns and coordinated photo shoots. Built and maintained internal 3D asset libraries used across teams.
Tools: 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign, AutoCAD, Rhino, KeyShot
Design Intern, ERSA Furniture, Istanbul, Turkey Aug 2021 – Oct 2021
Developed 3D furniture models and photorealistic renders for client pitches, and produced CAD floor plans and spatial visualizations for showroom presentations.
Design Management Intern, PwC Turkey, Istanbul Aug 2020 – Sep 2020
Supported design and innovation strategy projects aligned with the Oslo and Frascati frameworks. Contributed to stakeholder workshops, research synthesis, and C-level presentation decks.
Freelance Projects
Freelance Web Designer & Developer, CIVIS / Office of the Rector — University of Salzburg, Austria Feb 2026 – Mar 2026
Contracted by the University of Salzburg to design and build the official website for the CIVIS2 Open Lab project "Intergenerational Communities" a European university network initiative. Deliverables are including: defining the information architecture, navigation logic, and UX wireframes in close collaboration with the client, then development of a responsive, visually consistent website meeting WCAG accessibility and GDPR compliance requirements. Built three core features ; a shared materials library for project content management, a moderated community forum for intergenerational exchange, and an events calendar, designed to be editable by non-technical staff without developer support. Full handover and usage documentation will be delivered on completion.
Tools: Figma, Wix Studio
Freelance Web Designer, Mutfood — Remote Jan 2026 – Feb 2026
Designed and built a complete e-commerce website from scratch for Mutfood, an EU-certified regional produce brand bringing olive oil and food products from the Mut region of Turkey to the Austrian market. I focused on creating the full UX/UI system, scalable product architecture to accommodate an expanding catalogue, and integrated a payment system. The website is production-ready and awaiting final product data from the client before launch.
